Service is a matter of trust. Time is money, and it can quickly become very expensive if unforeseen problems arise between service inspections.
Kerteminde Motorservice does not compromise on our service. We review the entire project and recommend what should be done in addition to the standard service.
Before we begin our inspection, we listen carefully to the personnel responsible for daily operations. During the inspection, we are always thorough in checking all components, including those that are not normally visible, such as hydraulics. It is always more cost-effective to take timely care and replace a spare part now, rather than have it fail and risk spending several days in port.
We always agree in advance with the customer on what the service will cover, and if we discover any other issues, the customer is always informed. This means that you, as the customer, always have full information to make an informed decision about the next step.
